How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    ADOS Assessor | £180 per assessment | Flexible Remote Working | Consistent Caseload 

    We are looking for experienced ADOS-2 Assessors to support a busy neurodevelopmental service delivering autism diagnostic assessments.

    This is a flexible opportunity for qualified clinicians who are looking to take on ongoing ADOS assessment work, with a choice of remote, hybrid and face-to-face delivery.

    What you'll be doing
    Deliver ADOS-2 assessments within an established autism diagnostic pathway.
    Complete assessments to a high clinical and professional standard.
    Record and document assessment findings clearly and accurately.
    Work alongside a wider multidisciplinary team, including Psychologists, Psychiatrists and Allied Health Professionals.
    Contribute relevant ADOS findings to the overall diagnostic formulation.
    Attend relevant supervision, team meetings and clinical governance activity.
    Maintain appropriate clinical standards across remote and face-to-face assessments.Who we're looking for You'll need to be a suitably qualified and registered clinician, with demonstrable experience completing ADOS assessments.

    Essential:

    Professional qualification as a Clinical Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Speech & Language Therapist (RMNs also considered).
    Current HCPC or NMC registration.
    ADOS-2 training and certification.
    Recent ADOS reliability testing.
    At least 6 months' relevant neurodevelopmental/autism assessment experience.
    Experience completing ADOS assessments independently.
    Ability to work across remote and/or face-to-face assessment settings.What’s on offer
