Production Operatives

Quick Staff UK is currently recruiting a small team of Manufacturing Operativesto join a well-established manufacturing company based in the Pontyclun area. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for full-time work within a busy production environment. You'll be joining an experienced team and supporting the day-to-day manufacturing operation. Previous production or manufacturing experience would be beneficial, although a positive attitude, good reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working on a busy production line

* Packing and preparing finished products

* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

* Operating production machinery and equipment as required

* Following production instructions and specifications

* Identifying and removing faulty or damaged products

* Keeping your workstation and production areas clean and organised

* Following all Health & Safety procedures

* Supporting other areas of production when required

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment would be advantageous

* Must have your own transport due to the location of the site

* Excellent reliability and attendance are essential

* Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

* Able to work effectively as part of a team

* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Good attention to detail

* Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Hours & Pay:

* Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

* £12.71 per hour

* Full-time temporary position with the possibility of it becoming a permanent role
