Description

Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist with preparing financial reports and updating records.
Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate and organised financial documentation.
Communicate with suppliers and clients to address financial queries.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing tasks.
Contribute to the smooth running of the accounting and finance department.Profile

A successful Temporary Accounts Assistant should have:

Experience in accounting or finance tasks, particularly accounts payable.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to handle financial data with confidentiality and accuracy.
