We are seeking an experienced Senior Substation Manager to lead the delivery of HV substation projects across Ireland. This role will oversee installation and pre-commissioning activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent position with a leading grid infrastructure business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop engineering, site management, and supervisory teams.
Oversee HV substation projects from construction through to handover.
Manage project planning, resourcing, and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
Provide technical leadership across installation, testing, and pre-commissioning activities.
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Requirements
10+ years' experience in HV substation construction, installation, or commissioning.
Proven leadership experience managing large technical teams.
Strong knowledge of HV substations and energy infrastructure projects.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Chartered status and HV certifications are advantageous.What's on Offer
