£25,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus and Benefits
Hybrid working, 2 days from home offered after initial training

Polkadotfrog are delighted to be working with a highly respected Financial Services business, supporting them in their search for a Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a thriving, wellbeing-led business that prides itself on being genuinely client-focused. The Financial Services Administrator will be joining a close-knit team, where people are valued, supported and given the tools and opportunities to succeed.

As the Financial Services Administrator, you will already have experience in a similar position, ideally within an IFA or Wealth Management environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting a busy client services team, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and clients receive an excellent level of service.

Key responsibilities as the Financial Services Administrator:

• Day-to-day general office duties including answering calls, scanning, filing etc.
• Updating the internal task management system
• Managing appointments and greeting visitors
• Preparing client letters and illustrations
• Requesting plan information and assisting with preparations for client meetings
• Producing portfolios for clients
• Completing online submissions for pension and investment applications
• Fund switch trading on investment platforms

Key Experience needed:

• Previous experience within a Financial Services Administration role, specifically within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
• Familiarity with FS platforms such as Intelliflo, Xplan etc.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when gathering data and preparing valuation reports
• Strong written communication skills, with experience producing professional emails and letters
