How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you ready to take full ownership of a lucrative 360 desk and position yourself as the go-to talent partner in the bustling Facilities & Estates sector? MorganHunt is seeking an ambitious, drive-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead business growth from our London office. Operating on a full-time, permanent basis with a flexible hybrid working setup, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants the freedom to drive new business, build lasting client networks, and directly influence their own career trajectory within a collaborative, supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    * End-to-End 360 Recruitment: Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle across the Facilities & Estates sector, from advanced candidate headhunting and rigorous screening to final offer negotiations and post-placement care.

    * Strategic Business Development: Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying market leads, conducting targeted cold and warm sales outreach, and pitching tailored recruitment solutions to prospective clients across London and the wider UK.

    * Client & Candidate Partnership: Establish enduring, value-led relationships through in-person client visits, candidate consultations, and by delivering rich market insights that elevate MorganHunt as a trusted industry partner.

    * CRM Database Management: Maintain meticulous data integrity on our CRM database, ensuring precise candidate skill coding, accurate contact tagging, and strict compliance throughout the recruitment pipeline.

    * Leadership & Team Collaboration: Act as a senior anchor on the desk by sharing market intelligence, spotting cross-selling opportunities for other divisions, and offering practical guidance to junior team members.

    Required Skills & Experience

    * Proven 360 Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrable track record of managing both candidate acquisition and client management within a fast-paced agency setting.

    * Strong Business Development Skills: Essential ability to generate fresh business, execute effective sales strategies, and turn initial conversations into long-term commercial accounts.

    * CRM Database Proficiency: Critical experience utilizing CRM systems effectively to maintain accurate records, track pipelines, and optimize daily workflows.

    * Commercial Negotiation: Outstanding communication skills with a proven capacity to negotiate fees, handle complex offers, and engage senior industry stakeholders confidently.

    * Market Acumen: A sharp, consultative mindset that enables you to map out target accounts, prioritize high-margin vacancies, and deliver results against challenging targets.

    Nice-to-Have

    * Specialist exposure to or existing market knowledge of the Facilities & Estates recruitment landscape.

    * Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting associate consultants as they onboard and scale their desks.

    * A history of organizing client networking events, webinars, or industry roundtables to enhance market presence.
