The Role As the Property Management Surveyor, you’ll:
Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.
Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers and key stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality property management advice and services.
Prepare reports and documentation in line with RICS standards.
Work collaboratively with internal teams across the wider commercial property business.
Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and grow client relationships.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent levels of client service. You To be successful in the role of Property Management Surveyor, you’ll bring:
RICS qualification with a demonstrable property management track record.
Experience managing commercial real estate portfolios.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.

Depending on experience, opportunities are available at:
Surveyor: Up to £45,000.
Senior Surveyor: Up to £55,000.
Associate: Up to £60,000.
Car allowance: Up to £4,500.
Performance bonus: 5%.
