Property & Private Client - Solicitor Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established legal practice based in Wanstead.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fee-earning solicitor looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment, with excellent opportunities for career progression.
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering property and private client disputes, acting for both individuals and businesses.
The Role
You will deal with a broad range of contentious matters, including:
* Property disputes, including ownership, boundary and right of way disputes
* Landlord and Tenant disputes across residential and commercial matters
* Possession, eviction and lease renewal proceedings
* Probate disputes
* Inheritance claims
* Will validity claims
* Debt recovery and repayment matters
* Building disputes
* General litigation and other contentious matters
You will manage your own caseload, provide high-quality legal advice and maintain strong client relationships throughout each matter.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified Litigation Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE
* Have experience in property and/or private client litigation
* Be confident managing a caseload with appropriate levels of autonomy
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail
* Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Be comfortable working towards departmental billing targets
* Have a professional and client-focused approach
