How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are seeking a highly capable and personable Office & Administration Coordinator to join a growing London team on a Temp to Perm basis.

    This is a varied, fully onsite role for someone who enjoys creating an efficient, welcoming and well-organised working environment. You will support colleagues across the business and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.

    The Role

    Provide broad administrative and coordination support to the wider team
    Act as a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors and external contacts
    Coordinate business travel, including accommodation, transport, visas and travel accounts
    Maintain office records, process expenses and manage office supplies
    Coordinate practical arrangements for new starters and leavers
    Support visiting colleagues with workspace and building access
    Liaise with suppliers and service providers on day-to-day requirements
    Assist with the organisation of team events and office activities
    Take on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required

    About You

    We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and dependable, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take ownership.

    You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in office administration, coordination, operations or a similar role would be advantageous.

    Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys supporting others, solving problems and helping create a positive and well-run office environment.
