Charity Customer Service - Support amazing fundraisers and event organisers, providing friendly, compassionate support by phone and email. Perfect for someone who loves helping people and can handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
Luxury Retail Customer Service - Deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email, Live Chat and social media, helping customers with orders, products and queries. A passion for great service is a must - and a love of chocolate is definitely a bonus!
