* Screen and interview candidates via telephone and video calls

* Build relationships with candidates and clients

* Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms

* Match candidates to suitable opportunities

* Provide advice and support throughout the recruitment process

* Obtain references and ensure compliance requirements are met

* Maintain accurate records and databases
