In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the safety, resilience, and optimal condition of the M25 network.

Your Responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the defect management team.
Manage and update maintenance data systems, ensuring accuracy in work schedules and instructions.
Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment in collaboration with the supply chain.
Produce professional reports and presentation materials for leadership.
Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
IT proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook are essential; PowerPoint is a bonus).
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative spirit and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
A valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory, as this role involves travel across the network.
