This position would suit an experienced Plant Manager or senior Operations Manager from a high-speed manufacturing environment looking for an influential role offering an excellent package and genuine scope to make an impact.
The Role:
Full responsibility for site operations, performance and P&L
Lead safety, quality, production, engineering and supply chain functions
Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Develop the plant strategy, leadership team and wider workforce
The Person:
Plant Manager or senior Operations Manager from a manufacturing background
Proven experience managing large teams and full-site performance
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, KPIs and continuous improvement
Plastics, injection moulding, metal processing or high-speed manufacturing experience advantageous
