Roof Extension | New Roof to Join Existing Roof
We are currently looking for an experienced Roofer for a residential extension project in CV12, Coventry.
The work involves extending the existing property by approximately 1 metre and constructing a new roof that will join into the existing roof.
The successful Roofer must have proven experience carrying out roof extensions and be confident creating a professional, weather-tight connection between the new roof and existing roof structure.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Roofer
Proven experience with roof extensions
Experience joining a new roof into an existing roof
Able to work accurately around an existing roof structure
High standard of workmanship required
Recent work references required
Own tools
Own PPE
Reliable and professional
Able to work safely on a residential construction project
The Job:
Extend the roof by approximately 1 metre
Construct the new roof for the extension
Join the new roof into the existing roof
Ensure the connection is properly constructed and weather-tight
Work alongside the Bricklayer and other trades
Complete roofing works to a high standard
Maintain a safe and tidy working area
