Location: Wellingborough
Shifts: Days - Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.00 - £13.25 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temp to Perm & Permanent opportunities available
Roles:
Production Operatives working on assembly within manufacturing
Machine Operatives working with production machinery
Warehouse Operatives working within packaging environments
Loading, unloading, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
Following production instructions and maintaining quality standards
Working towards daily production and warehouse targets
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentThe ideal candidate:
Has previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly, machine operating, or warehousing
Is comfortable working in a hands-on environment
Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Is reliable and has good attendance and timekeeping
Is comfortable working on their feet throughout the working day
Can follow instructions and production procedures accurately
Is able to work independently and as part of a team
