What you'll do
* Lead business analysis activities across our Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programme.
* Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, redesign processes and improve resident journeys.
* Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and define future operating models.
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and delivery partners to implement effective solutions.
* Support data migration, integration, testing and benefits realisation activities.
* Mentor and develop Business Analysts, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
* Significant experience leading business analysis within large-scale transformation programmes.
* Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
* Excellent requirements gathering, process improvement and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in Agile environments and producing user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Experience supporting integrations, testing, data migration and change adoption.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead a team of Business Analysts.
Desirable
* Housing Association or Social Housing experience.
* Understanding of housing services, regulation and consumer standards.
* Business Analysis or Agile qualifications.
* Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with housing management systems and digital services.
