How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    EUC / Endpoint Engineer – SCCM, Intune & Application Packaging

    Location: Bristol
    Working Arrangement: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
    Contract: 6 months
    IR35: Inside IR35

    We’re currently seeking an experienced EUC / Endpoint Engineer to join a technically strong Engineering function on an initial six-month contract.

    This role is ideal for someone with hands-on expertise across SCCM, Microsoft Intune and application packaging, who enjoys solving complex endpoint challenges and helping shape a modern workplace environment.

    EUC engineer Role

    You’ll play a key part in the delivery and ongoing support of the organisation’s end-user computing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

    Creating, maintaining and improving Windows desktop build and golden image solutions
    Investigating and resolving complex desktop and endpoint issues
    Providing 3rd-line technical expertise across the EUC environment
    Developing and supporting endpoint management capabilities
    Working alongside Engineering and EUC colleagues on workplace technology initiatives
    Identifying opportunities to improve the reliability, performance and user experience of the endpoint estate

    What We’re Looking For

    You’ll need solid practical experience in an EUC, Desktop Engineering or Endpoint Engineering role, together with:

    Strong SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager experience – essential
    Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience – essential
    Proven application packaging experience – essential
    Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
    A structured approach to resolving complex technical problems
    Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments

    Nice to Have

    The following would also be beneficial:

    Experience working with Modern Workplace technologies
    Knowledge of Windows imaging, deployment and provisioning methodologies
    Understanding of current endpoint management and desktop engineering practices
