About the Role
Our Client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join their team in Birchington on a temp-to-perm basis. This part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys working independently.
You will play an important role in ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for staff, visitors, and customers, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
Working Hours
* Monday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
* Wednesday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
* Friday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general cleaning duties across designated areas
* Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces
* Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly
* Clean washrooms and replenish consumable supplies
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises
* Keep cleaning equipment and storage areas tidy and organised
* Follow all relevant health and safety procedures
* Ensure allocated tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
About You
* Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Able to work independently and use initiative
* Hold a current and valid Basic DBS certificate
* Available to start immediately
