How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    AI Copilot Developer

    6 Month Contract | Inside IR35 | London (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite)

    Our client, a leading global bank is seeking an experienced AI Copilot Developer to join a growing technology team focused on delivering innovative AI and automation solutions across the organisation.

    This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of Microsoft AI technologies, developing intelligent agents, automating business processes, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance productivity and user experience across the enterprise.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design, develop, test and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
    Build and maintain intelligent agents, conversational AI experiences, and automated workflows.
    Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including Dataverse, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and other business applications.
    Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
    Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI best practices.
    Support solution architecture, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
    Provide technical leadership and guidance on Copilot, AI, and low-code development initiatives.
    Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes through automation and AI adoption.

    Essential Skills & Experience

    Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
    Strong background building and deploying AI agents and Generative AI solutions.
    Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
    Strong understanding of Dataverse, security models, governance, and data management.
    Experience delivering end-to-end application development projects from requirements gathering through to production deployment.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

    Desirable Experience

    C# / .NET development.
    Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps and Service Bus.
    Power BI.
    API integration experience.
    SQL and Oracle databases.
    Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated environments.
