How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement or supply chain professional who enjoys managing supplier relationships, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring the smooth flow of products and services across the business. You'll work closely with suppliers, Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:

Produce procurement reports, dashboards, and supplier performance metrics.
Monitor stock levels and identify potential supply risks.
Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records and documentation.
Assist with procurement compliance, governance, and audit requirements.
Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reporting, and system efficiencies.
We're looking for someone with around 3 years experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Coordination, Order Management, or Vendor Management.

Experience managing supplier quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoice queries.
    Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
    Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience working with procurement, ERP, finance, or CRM systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Desirable

Experience within technology, telecommunications, managed services, defence, government, or other regulated industries.
    Supplier onboarding experience.
Experience producing supplier KPI and performance reports.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Jira, Xero, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
Understanding of procurement governance and audit requirements.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must either hold current SC clearance or be happy to obtain SC clearance if successful.
