Who Are We Looking For?
We're interested in hearing from candidates with experience working with children in:
Schools | Nurseries | Childcare | Youth Work | Support Work | Education
You don't necessarily need to have worked as a Teaching Assistant previously. Transferable experience from an appropriate industry, the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning can be just as valuable.
You'll ideally be:
Patient, caring and approachable
Confident supporting children in a classroom environment
Adaptable and able to respond to different learning needs
A strong communicator
Passionate about children's education and wellbeing
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
