We are now looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Erith, London (DA18 4AF) on the night shift, working Monday evening to Saturday morning (22:00–06:30).

The Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth and efficient running of our Erith warehouse, ensuring a safe, accurate and high-quality service across inbound and outbound operations.
Leading the day-to-day operation across key customer contracts, you will plan resources around customer demand, support the movement and handling of goods and help ensure operational targets and customer KPIs are achieved.
You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant and secure site, carrying out operational checks, supporting people management processes and helping ensure standards are maintained across the warehouse.
Additionally, you will:
- Carry out Health & Safety audits, operational checks and vehicle spot checks
- Monitor equipment checks, near misses, incidents and accidents
- Support interviews, probation reviews, welfare checks and absence management
- Conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings in line with company policy
- Maintain warehouse and site security
- Escalate operational issues and deviations where required
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need:
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience organising and leading a shift
- Experience in disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Experience using WMS systems
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety within a warehouse environment
- A good standard of general education with strong written and verbal English
- Confidence in literacy, numeracy and MS systems, including Excel and Outlook
