A prestigious Construction Consultancy are seeking a CDM Principal Designer due to growth. You will play a hands-on, Design Risk Management role on a very wide scope of projects across their portfolio. If you are looking to extend your experience, this is the opportunity to do so.
The CDM Principal Designer will enjoy a package and progression that is extremely hard to find within CDM, with no site inspections required within the role. You will have access to iconic projects within the heart of London and work for an industry leader.
The CDM Principal Designer role
The successful CDM Principal Designer will mitigate risk within the design stages, collate Pre-Construction Information, Review CPPs and manage the H&S file,
The CDM Principal Designer
The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 3 years of experience within a CDM Principal Designer / Advisor role.
The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have a technical background e.g experience of delivering in Architecture and CDM, or an Architectural Degree.
If the Architect suitable for this role has a Membership with APS (AaPS) / IOSH (TechIOSH), it will be advantageous.
