Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and high-quality lessons.
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.The Ideal Candidate

Holds QTS or equivalent.
Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Is passionate about teaching and committed to achieving the best outcomes for pupils.
Is enthusiastic about securing a full-time, long-term position for September.
Is open to discussing opportunities across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
