About the Role
Looking for flexible teaching work where no two days are the same? Destination Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Primary School Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive schools in East Finchley and across London.
Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for flexibility, an ECT wanting to build confidence and experience, or simply looking for a change of pace, supply teaching can be a fantastic way to take control of your working week while continuing to make a real difference in the classroom.
We are working with a wide range of primary schools and have opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Supply teaching can also be a great way to get your foot in the door at a school. If you find a school that feels like the right fit and you're looking to move into a full-time position, supply work can often lead to longer-term and permanent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Follow lesson plans and school policies effectively.
Build positive relationships with pupils and maintain their engagement throughout the day.
Manage behaviour confidently and consistently in line with school expectations.
Adapt quickly to different year groups, schools, and classroom environments.
Provide clear feedback to school staff following each placement.The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS or equivalent.
Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Is confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour.
Is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in different school environments.
Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for teaching.

£165.00 - £225.00 per day
