We are looking for an experienced production / manufacturing team leader for a door manufacturing company.
This is a hands-on role working on the shop floor, supporting and leading a small team, making sure production targets and hit and dealing with some basic HR duties such as return to work or absence tracking.
Experience in manufacturing is essential as we need someone who understands a manufacturing process.
Its Monday – Friday working a fixed day shift and a full time, temp 2 perm role.
This role offers you:
£15.00 p/hour plus OT paid at x1.5
40 hours paid per week.
