How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Product Admin Assistant | Homewares

We're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Product Admin Assistant to join a fast-paced Product team and play a key role in supporting the development and launch of new products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a Buying or related degree who is keen to build a long-term career within buying and product. You'll gain hands-on exposure to products, suppliers, samples, product data and critical processes, working closely with experienced Buying and Quality teams.

You'll be joining a collaborative environment where there's plenty to learn, responsibility to take on and opportunity to grow. If you're proactive, commercially curious and enjoy keeping things organised and moving at pace, this could be a great first step into a career in buying.

    Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Product and Buying teams, helping to keep key processes running smoothly.

Maintain accurate product information, data and records across internal systems.

Coordinate product samples, ensuring they are tracked, organised and available at the right stages of the product lifecycle.

Support the team with product set-up, launch documentation and critical path management.

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather information, follow up on actions and ensure deadlines are met.

Assist with the preparation of reports, product information and presentations to support Buying and Product meetings.

Help monitor key dates and deliverables, flagging any issues or delays to the wider team.

Look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, bringing a proactive and solutions-focused approach to the role.

    About You

A recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Buying, or similar, with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in buying/product.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.

Naturally proactive and willing to get involved, take responsibility and learn from those around you.

Confident working with data and numbers, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change and deadlines are important.

A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with different teams and suppliers.
