How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Partner with recruitment and operations teams to meet client staffing requirements.

Monitor workforce requirements, bookings, attendance and service delivery against agreed standards.

Provide regular client updates on progress, coverage, performance and any potential risks.

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, retention and overall account performance.

Support reporting, forecasting, client reviews and account performance documentation.

Ensure processes are completed accurately and in line with policies, contracts and relevant legislation.

    What we’re looking for

Experience in account management, client services, recruitment/staffing, workforce management or a similar customer-focused environment.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills (phone and written).

Excellent organisation and time management; able to juggle multiple priorities.

Commercial mindset with a strong focus on service delivery.

Confidence managing challenging conversations and resolving issues.

High attention to detail and accuracy in records and reporting.

Comfortable using MS Office and CRM/administration systems.

    Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

    What you’ll get

A varied role with clear impact on client satisfaction and service quality.

Exposure to recruitment operations, workforce planning and stakeholder management.

Supportive team environment with development and progression opportunities.

The chance to build long-term relationships across a diverse client portfolio.

    What we offer

    Award-winning benefits package.

Structured training and ongoing professional development.

Supportive, values-led culture with clear progression pathways.

    Additional information

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

If you’re customer-focused, commercially aware and enjoy building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you
