£35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Full-Time, permanent role

8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday (needs to be onsite and can be an earlier start)

Role Overview:

Internal Recruitment Coordinator needed to work within a busy HR team for a manufacturer based in Exeter. This role provides support to the HR function in delivering an effective and positive service to employees and managers throughout the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Included in this position, you will undertake general administrative duties and assist with various HR related matters.

Skills and experience needed for this role:

* Recruitment Coordinating experience managing full-cycle, in-house recruitment whilst also working with suppliers /agencies

* Supporting hiring managers with potential candidates including Calander management for interview bookings

* High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

* Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently

* Process driven with an aptitude for complex processes

* Excellent IT systems skills

* Sensitivity to general HR situations

* Ability to interact with varying levels of employees and manager and adapt style accordingly

Internal Recruitment Coordinator Duties:

* Provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent appointments

* Organising pre-employment medicals and inductions

* Process all employee changes: Drafting all contracts and variation to contract letters, maintaining employee records, processing employee performance reviews, coordinating annual training, processing starters and leavers

* Collating and preparing document packs to support the HR Advisers with casework

* Preparing weekly and monthly reports on headcount

* Maintain and update the divisional organisational charts and reports on joiners, leavers etc. and general hr support in all areas of HR.
