How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Working Pattern: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in the office
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Analyst & Administrator to take ownership of the ongoing development, optimisation and reliability of a key Salesforce platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Salesforce administration, technical solution design, business analysis and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with system owners and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, while ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable and aligned with ISO and QMS requirements.
    Key Responsibilities
+Design, implement and maintain Salesforce data and security models, integration strategies and new platform functionality.
+Provide technical leadership across Apex, Lightning Components, Flow and Salesforce automation frameworks.
+Establish and maintain effective requirements capture, change management, testing and release processes.
+Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for senior and C-level stakeholders.
+Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions and access controls.
+Configure and customise fields, page layouts, objects, workflows and business processes.
    About You
    We’re looking for someone with:
+5+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration, analysis or a similar technical Salesforce role.
+Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, ideally including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
+Experience with CRM workflows, data modelling, data migration, API integrations and automation.
+The ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and practical Salesforce solutions.
+Experience with Salesforce configuration and, ideally, development technologies such as Apex and Lightning Components.
    Qualifications & Certifications
Ideally, you will hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as:
    +Salesforce Certified Administrator
    +Salesforce Certified System Architect
    +Salesforce Certified Application Architect
    +Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline would be advantageous, although equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
    What You'll Bring
This role would suit a Salesforce professional who is comfortable taking technical ownership, challenging existing processes and helping shape the future Salesforce roadmap.
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine hands-on Salesforce administration with solution design, technical leadership and business improvement, this could be an excellent opportunity
