Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join their Responsive Repairs team, working across social housing properties in the SL & RG areas.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term work. A company van, fuel card, tools, uniform and PPE are provided once permanent.
The Role
Responsive domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance
Repairing leaks, blockages and faulty plumbing
Installing and replacing toilets, basins, baths, showers and taps
Kitchen sink and associated plumbing repairs
Copper, Speedfit and waste pipework
Hot and cold-water system repairs
General multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and decorating
Requirements
NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent
Previous responsive repairs experience
Social housing experience desirable
Competent across multiple trades
Full UK driving licence
DBS check required
