The Role
You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the North West.
Key Responsibilities
* General property maintenance and repairs.
* Tapering, jointing and carpentry work.
* Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
* Install and replace fixtures and fittings.
* Carry out building inspections and routine maintenance.
* Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
* Keep accurate maintenance records.
* Work closely with colleagues, property managers and tenants.
* Maintain safe and tidy working areas.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman or similar role.
* Good all-round maintenance skills.
* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport.
* Own tools required.
* Willing to travel across the North West.
* Cladding experience desirable.
