Associate Director - Residential Sales

My client, a highly respected and established independent estate agency, is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Associate Director to join their successful Exeter office.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced lister and business winner who thrives on building relationships, generating instructions and delivering exceptional customer service. Working within the premium property market, you will play a key role in growing market share, developing client relationships and supporting the wider team to achieve excellent results.

💫The Opportunity

This is a senior fee-earning position where you will be responsible for:

Prospecting and developing new business opportunities
Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Negotiating offers and providing expert advice throughout the sales process
Growing market share within Exeter and the surrounding areas
Working closely with senior management to drive business performance
Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
Delivering exceptional levels of customer service from instruction through to completion

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience within residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Manager or Associate Director level
A strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and results
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
