An established precision engineering business in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire is looking for skilled CNC Millers to join its growing machining team. The company manufactures high-precision components to tight tolerances across demanding sectors — genuinely varied, skilled work.

The role:

* Setting and operating 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines

* Working on Fanuc controls — Haas machine experience ideal

* Machining precision components from engineering drawings to tight tolerances, right first time

* First-off and in-process inspection

* Tooling, offsets and maintaining quality throughout the run

We're looking for someone with:

* Proven CNC milling experience — 4 and 5-axis, setting and operating

* Fanuc controls experience essential

* Haas experience highly desirable

* Ability to read engineering drawings and hold tight tolerances

* A background in precision or subcontract manufacturing
