Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years professional looking to join a welcoming and supportive nursery team? We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to provide high-quality care and education for children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing while ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to help every child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's development and learning.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.
* Support children's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development.
* Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
Essential Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent recognised qualification).
* Previous experience working in a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role.
* Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child welfare practices.
