Salary & Benefits
Up to £47,000 basic salary
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
25 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 28 days with service
1 in 4 call-out rota with £100 standby payment

Clear opportunities for career progressionThe RoleWorking across a prestigious commercial estate, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of electrical building services, ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
Planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
Fault finding and repairs across electrical systems
Maintenance of lighting and emergency lighting systems
Testing and inspection of electrical equipment
Maintenance of distribution boards, power supplies and electrical plant
Basic BMS monitoring and operation
Responding to electrical breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests
Carrying out basic mechanical and building fabric duties where required
Escorting and supervising specialist subcontractors
Completing accurate maintenance records and job sheets
Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with relevant regulationsAbout YouTo be considered for this position, you'll have:
City & Guilds Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
18th Edition qualification
Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management
Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience
Basic mechanical knowledge and a multi-skilled approach
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
