Job Title: Legionella Remedial Plumber

Location: Bath, Somerset

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £38k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued success, our client is recruiting for an experienced Legionella Remedial Plumber in the South West of England. You will be servicing a range of new commercial and local authority premises, providing reactive and pre-planned remedial duties. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge, including the ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines. Our client is a privately-owned outfit, who specialise within legionella / water hygiene, who can offer great cross-training and progession. The successful candidate can expect competitive salaries and benefits packages.

Locations of work include: Bath, Keynsham, Melksham, Radstock, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Yate, Bristol, Thornbury, Dursley, Portishead, Clevedon, Nailsea, Weston-super-Mare, Wells, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Warminster, Street, Bridgwater, Stroud, Taunton, Yeovil, Chard, Tiverton, Minehead, Axminster, Honiton, Seaton, Chepstow, Newport, Cardiff, Barry.

Experience / Qualifications:

* Experience working as a Remedial Plumber within a Legionella / Water Hygiene outfit

* Must hold the NVQ Level 1 and 2 as a minimum

* It would be advantageous to hold the G3 Unvented ticket

* Working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines

* Adaptable to company needs

* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

* TMV servicing and replacements

* Deadleg removals

* Pipework adjustments and installations (including PVC and copper)

* POU heater installs

* Tank refurbishments and replacements

* Valve installs / replacements

* Diagnosing faults on site

* Completing regular service reports

* Working to agreed deadlines and project scope
