Trainee Administrator – Full Training Provided

Office based administrative customer service position with full training provided.
37.5 hours per week | £25 – 27,000 per annum

The Trainee Administrator will become a vital part of the operations for both Sales and Customer Services. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, making regular contact with stock teams, sales reps and various depots around the UK to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer. The role is around 75% admin and 15% phone based customer service/liaising with other teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Receiving enquiries from customers, and actioning, processing orders and following them through to completion
* Arranging delivery and collection of orders in according with the customer’s and Sale Teams requirements.
* Managing Sub Contracted Transport suppliers, their service levels and constant monitoring of their costs
* Using an established database of 3rd party suppliers and hauliers to arrange transport of products to and from the depots and where possible, reducing handling and increasing profit margins on Transport.
* Safeguarding that all products hired to customers are safe and have been properly tested in accordance with company procedures, where necessary all relevant Test Certification are raised and sent with products being Hired.
* Liaising with the depot staff to build your knowledge, and gain information on stock availability, including basic knowledge of accessory, safety and test & run requirements.
* Coordinating movements with customers, providing an excellent level of service throughout the process
* Assisting in the completion of asset and stock counts
This is a fast-paced position where the Trainee Administrator will build their knowledge of company services, relationships with key partners and colleagues, and problem solve along the way. You will be given full training and learn on the job. Salary & Details
* £25 – 27,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays
