How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Planner to join one of London’s most ambitious residential developers and play a key role in the delivery of major developments across the capital.

With a strong pipeline of high-profile residential and mixed-use schemes, this isn’t an opportunity to come in and simply maintain programmes. You’ll become an important part of the delivery team, working closely with senior project leadership and having real input into how complex developments are planned, sequenced and ultimately delivered. The role will see you involved across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and initial build strategy through to delivery and completion, developing detailed programmes for large-scale residential schemes including complex high-rise developments.

You’ll work directly alongside Project Managers, Site Managers, Commercial teams and the supply chain, identifying programme risks before they become problems, challenging sequencing, monitoring progress and developing recovery strategies where required. You’ll have genuine visibility across the projects rather than operating as a Planner sitting separately from the delivery team.

For someone currently working within a main contractor, this also represents an excellent opportunity to gain developer-side experience, giving you greater exposure to the wider decision-making process behind major residential developments and the opportunity to influence projects from a much earlier stage.

We’re looking for someone with proven planning experience within residential construction, ideally having worked on major mixed-use or high-rise residential schemes. You’ll need a strong understanding of build sequencing and construction methodology, with Asta Powerproject experience preferred.

What makes this opportunity particularly attractive is the pipeline ahead. You’ll be joining a business with significant ambitions across London, giving you the chance to build a long-term career, take ownership of increasingly complex projects and progress as the portfolio continues to grow.

If you’re a Project Planner with a residential background who wants greater project exposure, more influence over delivery and the opportunity to work on some of London’s largest developments, I’d be keen to speak with you.
