How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Office & Client Services Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
    Location: Bicester
Must be authorised to work in the UK.
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing, people-focused Microsoft Partner MSP
A well-established and growing Microsoft Partner Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking for an organised, personable and proactive Office & Client Services Coordinator to join its team in Bicester.
Supporting more than 120 businesses across Oxfordshire and beyond, the company has built its reputation on providing a highly personal and responsive service.
Its approach is refreshingly straightforward: when a client calls with a technical issue, they speak directly to an engineer — not a call centre.
This role is therefore not a technical support position. Instead, the successful candidate will play a central role in keeping the office running efficiently, coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring clients receive a consistently professional service.
    The Role
The Office & Client Services Coordinator will sit at the heart of the business, providing essential administrative and client-facing support.
The role is varied and will suit someone who enjoys being organised, dealing with people and taking ownership of tasks. The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for non-technical enquiries while supporting the wider team with scheduling, administration, purchasing and client account management.
    Key Responsibilities
    * Manage the shared inbox and carry out initial call triage
    * Route technical calls directly through to the appropriate engineers
    * Handle overflow calls relating to non-technical enquiries
    * Coordinate diaries, appointments and scheduling
    * Order office supplies, hardware and other equipment
    * Support the invoicing process alongside the finance function
    * Carry out general office administration
    * Help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
    * Maintain accurate records and ensure administrative processes are kept up to date
    Client & Account Management
The role will also have an important responsibility for supporting and maintaining existing client relationships.
    Responsibilities will include:
    * Acting as the first point of contact for client renewals and contract queries
    * Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying potential churn risks
    * Coordinating client check-ins and quarterly reviews
    * Maintaining accurate client records within Halo
    * Liaising with Pax8 regarding licensing renewals
    * Following up on renewal activity and ensuring key dates are not missed
    * Supporting the wider team in maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
    The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced administrator, office coordinator or client services professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in keeping things organised.
    They will ideally have:
    * Previous experience in administration, office coordination, client services or a similar role
    * Excellent organisational and time-management skills
    * Strong attention to detail
    * A confident and professional telephone manner
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * The ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
    * The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
    * Confidence working within a technical environment without needing extensive technical knowledge
    * A proactive approach and the ability to use initiative
    * A genuine commitment to providing an excellent client experience
    Why Join?
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional administration role.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of a growing technology business, working closely with engineers, management and clients. The position offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the day-to-day operation of the business.
The company has a strong reputation for personal service and long-term client relationships, and the successful candidate will play an important part in maintaining those standards as the business continues to grow.
    The Opportunity
For an organised, personable and commercially aware individual, this represents an exciting opportunity to develop a broad role combining office coordination, administration, client services and account management within an established and growing technology business.
