Key Responsibilities:
* Student Outreach: Identify and reach potential students through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and email marketing.
* Course Counselling: Provide comprehensive information about our Accounting and IT courses, including curriculum, benefits, and career prospects.
* Student Enrolment: Guide students through the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
* Student Support: Offer ongoing support to students throughout their learning journey, addressing any questions or concerns.
* Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our Accounting, IT courses and converting leads into enrolments.
* Finance Completion: Help students complete their enrollment by helping students complete their finance applications through our finance partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
💼 Student Engagement & Outreach
* Identify and connect with prospective students via online platforms, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
* Build and manage a pipeline of potential leads using CRM software.
🎓 Course Consulting & Counselling
* Advise students on the best course options based on their career goals and background.
* Could you explain course content, outcomes, and benefits in a clear, persuasive manner?
📝 Student Enrolment & Finance Assistance
* Guide students through the enrolment and financing process smoothly.
* Support students in completing finance applications via our finance partners.
📈 Sales & Performance
* Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding enrolment targets.
* Convert qualified leads into happy students!
👥 Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain accurate lead and student data in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Follow up with prospects regularly and build long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 0–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or consulting (education industry preferred if any).
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills – persuasive, empathetic, and clear.
✔️ Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
✔️ Bachelor's degree in IT, BSc, BCA, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
✔️ Passion for education and helping others succeed.
✔️ A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team.
