How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Executive Personal Assistant
    Location: Leeds or London (Hybrid)
    Be at the Heart of Executive Leadership
    Are you an exceptional organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and enabling senior leaders to perform at their best?
    We're looking for a highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Executive Directors and Senior Leadership Teams. This is a pivotal role within the Chief Executive Office, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers and make a tangible impact on the effectiveness of the organisation.
    About the Role
    As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class administrative, organisational, and executive support to senior leaders. You'll take ownership of complex diaries, coordinate meetings and communications, manage competing priorities, and ensure executives have the support they need to focus on strategic leadership and business delivery.
    You'll become a trusted partner to executives, using sound judgement, discretion, and initiative to anticipate needs, resolve challenges, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
    What You'll Be Doing
    * Managing complex and demanding diaries, appointments, and schedules.
    * Coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistical requirements.
    * Preparing presentations, reports, briefing papers, correspondence, and other business documents.
    * Managing executive inboxes and ensuring timely responses to communications.
    * Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    * Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
    * Supporting Executive Directors and Senior Leadership Teams with meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
    * Building effective working relationships across departments and with external organisations.
    * Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and operational challenges.
    * Taking meeting notes and tracking actions to ensure commitments are delivered.
    * Providing an outstanding level of customer service to senior stakeholders and colleagues.
    You’ll Bring:
    * Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative support role.
    * Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex and dynamic environment.
    * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
    * Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
    * Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
    * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    * Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
    * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team.
    * Proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating business needs.
    * Strong administrative and document management skills.
    This is more than a traditional PA role. You'll be a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and support the delivery of organisational priorities.
    In return, we can offer you:
    * Discretionary on-target bonus of 5%. Up to a max 10% based on performance
    * 11% pension contribution (3% from you, 8% from us – optional additional matched 3% contributions, e.g. 6% from you, 11% from us)
    * 25 days annual leave. Flexible public holidays and option to buy/sell additional leave if applicable
    * Private Medical Cover
    * Car Salary Sacrifice scheme (where applicable)
    * Healthcare cash plan
    * 6x salary death in service
    * A truly flexible hybrid-working arrangement
    * A culture that promotes inclusivity, wellbeing and rewards hard work
    We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements. We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and strive to create a work environment which ensures everyone can be heard.
