How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Nationwide UK | £23.00 – £26.00 per hour | Weekend Work at Time & Half

    The Role

    As a Resin Flooring Installer, you'll be responsible for the professional preparation, installation and finishing of resin flooring systems on client sites.

    This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    Preparing floors and substrates prior to resin application.
    Grinding, shot blasting and other mechanical preparation methods.
    Mixing and applying resin flooring systems in accordance with specifications.
    Applying primers, base coats, screeds, coatings and finishing systems.
    Ensuring correct mixing ratios and application techniques are followed.
    Achieving high-quality finishes and maintaining consistent standards.
    Identifying substrate issues and reporting concerns to the Site Supervisor.
    Working efficiently to meet project deadlines.
    Maintaining excellent housekeeping throughout projects.
    Correctly using tools, plant and equipment.
    Working safely and following all site-specific requirements.
    Wearing the correct PPE at all times.
    Working as part of a professional installation team.
    Supporting other team members where required.
    Health & Safety

    You'll be expected to:

    Follow all company and site-specific health & safety procedures.
    Work in accordance with RAMS and permit requirements.
    Use PPE correctly at all times.
    Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    Report hazards, defects, accidents and near misses immediately.
    Follow COSHH requirements when handling resins and associated materials.
    Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of colleagues.
    What We're Looking For

    We're looking for experienced resin flooring professionals who can demonstrate genuine hands-on experience within the industry.

    Essential:

    Previous experience as a Resin Floor Layer / Resin Flooring Installer.
    Strong understanding of floor preparation and resin application.
    Experience working with different resin flooring systems.
    Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
    Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude.
    Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
    Ability to work nationwide and stay away from home when required.
    Full UK Driving Licence.
    Flexibility to work alternate weekends is essential.
    Desirable:

    CSCS Card.
    Experience working on large commercial or industrial projects.
    Experience in pharmaceutical, food production, manufacturing or chemical environments.
    IPAF or PASMA.
    First Aid.
    Confined Space experience.
    Experience working on COMAH sites.
