About the Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your class, delivering high-quality, engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum. You will be responsible for planning, assessment, marking and monitoring pupil progress, ensuring every child is supported and challenged appropriately.
You will work closely with colleagues, parents and the Senior Leadership Team to create a positive learning environment and contribute to the wider success of the school.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the teaching and learning of your Year 4 class.
Plan and deliver creative, engaging and purposeful lessons.
Assess and monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
Maintain high standards of behaviour, achievement and presentation.
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Build strong and positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
