Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager who thrives on leading teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service?

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operation in Chessington, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient fulfilment, and a safe, high-performing environment.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and developing a motivated warehouse team
Managing goods-in, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
Driving productivity, efficiency, and service excellence
Championing Health & Safety and continuous improvement initiatives
Working closely with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfactionWhat we're looking for:

Previous Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience managing warehouse KPIs and stock control processes
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
Dangerous goods certificate and a fork lift licence would be desirableWhy join us?
