How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Digital Construction Manager – Birmingham

    Location: Birmingham

    Are you an experienced Digital Construction Manager looking to join a forward-thinking main contractor with one of the strongest BIM and Digital Construction teams in the UK?

    Our client is a leading national contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering major industrial and logistics developments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Digital Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of large-scale projects across the Midlands.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that is genuinely invested in digital construction, innovation, and modern methods of project delivery.

    The Role

    As Digital Construction Manager, you will play a key role in driving digital delivery across multiple projects, ensuring BIM processes and standards are implemented from pre-construction through to project completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead the implementation of BIM and Digital Construction processes across projects.

    * Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Information Management Plans (IMPs).

    * Coordinate design teams and supply chain partners to ensure high-quality digital delivery.

    * Oversee clash detection, model coordination and information management.

    * Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client information requirements.

    * Support project teams with digital tools, workflows and best practices.

    * Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital construction across the business.

    About You

    * Previous experience as a Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator working for a main contractor.

    * Strong understanding of BIM processes and ISO 19650.

    * Good knowledge of design coordination, clash detection and COBie is essential.

    * Experience managing and coordinating digital information across large-scale construction projects.

    * Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks and Revit.

    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with design teams, consultants and subcontractors.

    * A proactive approach with a passion for digital construction, innovation and continuous improvement.
