Corporate Partner / Senior Solicitor

An established and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate Partner or experienced Senior Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Corporate Partner or ambitious senior solicitor looking to progress towards partnership and take a leading role within a growing practice.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience across a broad range of company law and corporate matters, alongside strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.

The Corporate Partner / Senior Solicitor role:

Advising clients across a broad range of corporate and company law matters
Managing a varied corporate caseload with a high degree of autonomy
Advising on corporate transactions, restructurings and shareholder matters
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting the continued growth of the Corporate department
Developing new business and identifying opportunities
Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the teamThe successful Corporate Partner / Senior Solicitor:

Extensive experience in corporate and company law
Existing Partner or experienced senior solicitor
Strong technical and commercial knowledge
Excellent client management and communication skills
Proven ability to develop business and generate new opportunities
Ambitious and motivated to progress
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong attention to detail and commercial awarenessWhat's on offer:

Salary of £90,000 - £110,000
London office
