As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish. Working alongside estimators, technicians and insurers, you'll help keep customers informed throughout the repair process while ensuring the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

The Role
As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the efficient operation of the Bodyshop.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Acting as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person.
·Booking vehicles into the Bodyshop and coordinating appointments.
·Providing customers with regular updates throughout the vehicle repair process.
·Liaising with estimators, technicians, insurers and suppliers to ensure repairs progress smoothly.
·Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
·Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal management systems.
·Processing documentation and supporting the administration of repair jobs.
·Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage of the repair journey.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Receptionist / Service Advisor who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have:
·Previous experience in a customer service or administration role within the automotive industry or Bodyshop environment (Essential).
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
·The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
·Good IT skills and experience using customer management systems.
·A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
·A full UK driving licence is desirable.
