How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Sales Manager:

    * Design bespoke luxury wardrobe and dressing room solutions that align with customer expectations, aesthetics and budgets.

    * Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to design presentation, quotation and contract completion.

They will possess exceptional consultative selling skills, a strong eye for design, and the ability to build credibility and trust with high-net-worth clients. Organised, self-sufficient, and results-focused, they will be confident managing the entire customer journey from initial consultation through to successful project completion.

    The Successful Sales Manager:

    * Have a proven track record in consultative B2C sales, ideally within luxury kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, or other premium home improvement sectors.

    * Be highly customer-focused, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored design solutions.

    * Demonstrate strong design awareness and the creativity to develop bespoke solutions that meet customer expectations and budgets.

    * Be confident working independently, managing appointments, site visits, and sales opportunities effectively.

    * Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.

    * Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of taking accurate measurements and preparing detailed project information.

    * Be proactive in following up enquiries and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline to achieve ambitious sales targets.

    * Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using CRM and sales management systems.

    * Present themselves professionally and act as a strong ambassador for a premium luxury brand.

    * You will live within the assigned territory (Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex) and have access to a car, enabling you to conduct regular face-to-face consultations with customers.
