How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Regional Manager | Fashion & Footwear | Competitive Package

    Zachary Daniels Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking fashion and footwear retailer as a Regional Manager. You will manage a mix of stand-alone stores across the East Coast and the West Coast.

    We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager who has the skills and acumen to drive commercial growth, manage operational performance and deliver an amazing customer experience within a fantastic brand.

    This role is idea for a high performing Country Manager / Divisional Manager / Regional Manager and you will work across a multi-market retail portfolio throughout North America.

    Key Responsibilities

    As our new Regional Manager, you will execute regional growth strategies to improve revenue, profitability and market penetration across multiple retail formats.
    Manage full P&L accountability for a portfolio of locations across the Americas, implementing performance improvement initiatives and driving commercial results.
    Work with key stakeholders in North America, Mexico and Europe.
    Implement central strategies around trading performance, customer experience to increase sales and revenue
    The customer journey will be at the heart of everything you do
    Visibility - as our new Regional Manager you will be visible in your stores and concessions with regular travel required
    We want someone who can enhance service standards, drive customer loyalty and brand engagement across all consumer touchpoints.What we want in our New Regional Manager:

    Experience managing across North America
    A background within footwear and/or fashion
    Knowledge of working with department stores across North America a significant advantage
    Ability to work with key stakeholders and retail partners
    Manage a high performing team of cluster/area managers
    Flexible to travel - being visible is essential
    We want you to evidence the ability of driving sales and service standards
    Demonstrate an ability to develop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development programmes.This is an amazing role; you will be directly responsible for a high performing area and have a large opportunity to make an impact to drive it even further forward!
